This policy describes the standards for new and updated content on Med. Its purpose is to make the origin, limits and maintenance of our information clear to readers.
Purpose and sourcing
Guides should help readers prepare questions, understand terminology and organise information. Health claims should link to appropriate sources, with preference for public health agencies, official patient resources and original research where relevant. Articles should distinguish evidence, practical suggestions and uncertain information.
A source-check date records when the cited material was checked for that article; it is not a medical-review date and does not mean every later change at the source is reflected automatically. Country-specific rules, prices and coverage should be verified for the relevant location.
Authorship and AI assistance
Med uses AI assistance for drafting and organising some content. The patient guides dated October 16, 2026 were prepared with AI assistance using their linked official sources. They have not been reviewed by a clinician. An “admin” byline identifies the publishing account, not a medical qualification.
We do not treat automated writing as medical expertise. A clinician-review claim should appear only when an actual qualified reviewer and the scope of that review can be identified. Credentials, affiliations, patient stories and first-hand experiences must not be invented.
Corrections and updates
Report a concern to contact@smallseotool.in with the article URL, the relevant text and supporting evidence. Material corrections should be reflected in the page content and update date, with a correction note when readers need to understand a significant change. An update date should not be changed merely to make unchanged material appear newer.
Advertising and recommendations
The site displays advertising through Google advertising services. Ads are separate from informational articles; their presence is not a medical endorsement. Any paid article placement or affiliate relationship should be disclosed beside the affected content. Hospital mentions and cost comparisons should not be read as a personalised referral.
Reader contributions
Comments can add questions or general experiences but are not clinical evidence or professional advice. Do not submit private health records or other people’s personal information. Spam, unsafe advice and irrelevant promotional material may be removed or withheld from publication.
