Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026.

This notice covers Med at med.smallseotool.in. For privacy enquiries, contact contact@smallseotool.in. It describes the website’s information features; it does not cover an external provider’s service after you leave this site.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use that information to address the enquiry, investigate a reported problem or handle a privacy request. This is an administrative inbox, not a patient portal; do not send medical reports, identity documents or payment details.

When you submit a comment, WordPress records the form fields together with technical information such as your IP address and browser user-agent information to support administration and spam prevention. Approved comments and the displayed author name can be public. Email addresses entered in the comment form are not intended for public display.

Technical information and site operation

When your browser requests a page, the website and hosting infrastructure receive connection information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Such information supports delivering pages, troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention. Authorised WordPress accounts also use cookies and profile data for access and administration.

If you choose to save commenter details in a comment form, the browser may retain those details in cookies for convenience. Public comments and associated metadata can remain in WordPress until removed. Do not post information you would not want other visitors to see.

Google Analytics

This site includes Google Analytics to measure website traffic and page use. Depending on your settings and the configuration that applies to your visit, Google may receive information about pages visited, browser or device characteristics and interactions, and use cookies or similar technologies. The site receives analytics reports to understand its audience and improve content.

Advertising and third-party cookies

Med uses Google advertising technology, including Google Ad Manager. Google and other participating advertising vendors may use cookies or identifiers to serve and measure advertisements. Where personalised advertising is enabled, ads may be based on previous visits to this website or other websites. Advertising data can also be used for measurement, frequency controls and fraud prevention.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. You can manage personalised advertising through Google’s ad settings or use participating companies’ opt-out choices. These controls do not necessarily stop all ads or all processing.

Consent and browser choices

Where a consent message is shown, use the options it provides. If a “Privacy and cookie settings” control is displayed, it lets you revisit the available choices. Controls can vary by location and service configuration. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. See our Cookie Policy.

External services and links

Hosting, email and other technical providers process information needed to operate their services. Google processes information under its own notices. If a page includes an embedded third-party player, image or other resource, loading it may disclose connection data to that provider. Clicking an external link takes you to a service with its own data practices. An external link alone is not the same as an embedded service.

Retention and privacy requests

Different records have different retention needs. Comments can remain until removed; correspondence, operational records and backups may be retained for administration, security, resolving an enquiry or legal requirements. This notice does not promise a single deletion deadline for every record or provider.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Send a request to contact@smallseotool.in, identifying the relevant comment or correspondence with as little personal information as needed. We may need to verify that the request concerns your data. Some records may need to be kept for legal or security reasons; removing a live record may not immediately remove every backup copy.

Health information and children

Med provides general information and does not ask visitors to submit medical histories to use its articles. Please do not send children’s personal information or sensitive health records through comments or email. If you believe such information has been submitted, contact us with the location of the material so it can be investigated.

Updates and contact
